Canary Crescent

The design of this project commenced in 2022. One of the primary challenges was achieving a minimum gross floor area of 4,000 square feet, as the lot was irregular in shape rather than rectangular. Through a creative design approach and strategic planning, we successfully addressed this constraint. With the support and approval of the Committee of Adjustment (COA), the design met the client’s goal, resulting in a functional and well-optimized layout tailored to the unique characteristics of the site.
